Candidates are responsible for providing accurate information and documents. Recruiters are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the job and company information they submit.

4. Recruiters and employers
IRA Intern Hub facilitates recruitment-related interactions between candidates and recruiters. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, IRA Manpower Services Pvt. Ltd. is not the employer for every advertised role and is not a party to employment agreements between candidates and employers.
Candidates should independently verify relevant job and employer details. Candidates should not be asked to pay a fee to obtain a job through the platform. Suspected fraudulent or inappropriate requests should be reported to the platform's official contact channel.
5. Third-party links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites, including employer websites and professional networking services. IRA Manpower Services Pvt. Ltd. does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Users should review the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before using them.
6. Recruiter plans and payments
Paid recruiter subscriptions or job-posting services may be introduced in a future phase. If these services are launched, the applicable pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be communicated before purchase.
Purchasing a recruiter plan, where offered, will not guarantee candidate availability, interviews, hiring or any particular recruitment outcome. The specific terms of each plan will apply.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, IRA Manpower Services Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on information supplied by users or third parties, the unavailability of a job opportunity, or interruptions to the platform.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.
